I must be the most unlucky trialer in Cornwall, for the last 6 years after falling out with the politics of the committee my entry seems to get lost in the post or I am reserve for a run .Is this a blatant  abuse of the rules or just bad luck. I always got a run when I was on the committee . How wrong is this .22 entry's this year and I am 20th ,the only people behind me are people running two dogs. Make up your own mind ,you can't win it if you are not in it .  In the last eight years the same person who lives on the premises where the draw takes place who shoots at some trials has never killed a bird over any of my dogs 'yet a gain so unlucky .A blatant abuse of the rules in my eyes or just the most unlucky person and the law of percentages go out the window .
If this is dishonest why don't I just pack it in .why give these cheats the satisfaction ,I have just laughed it off in the past I think it is now the time to bite back. If  this carries on I feel I have no option but to go public about what happens behind closed doors at this clubs committee meetings .

As a result of my views on this page the committee has decided to suspend me from participating in any of the society's events (excluding the AGM or any SGM ) for a period of 10 years .
Suspended for telling it the way it is.
In my defence I only wanted to run my dogs and be treated fairly letting bygone be bygones, happy to walk away from the petty politics. Yet one committee member had to keep this vendetta going fuelling others not even in a clever Byzantine way.
Such a fool to blatantly blaze  outburst after outburst at every occasion ,directed at me ,other people have seen and commented on his disgraceful  actions .
So now for bravado .I don't like bullies especially lying ones that can't stand up for themselves and hide behind the CFTS committee. Stand up like a man and lets go public I have been accused of making defamatory comments about the society and its officers.
Mr C Thurston-Woolnough  the word defamatory means to attack a good reputation ,your reputation speaks for itself  over the last eight years you are in default to the trial world . I told you I have tried for eight years to keep this at committee level .I had no wish to bring the Society's  name into this .Your own defamatory comments and actions have achieved this .
In my Oppion . You should resign in disgrace or I would even go as far to say it should be you getting a letter for your conduct. Banning you for ten years from the club Would be fantastic for me the club the committee and a lot of disgruntled members  .Yes  not suspending you but banning you . Letting the members vote and  decide your destiny the way the rules state.

I openly don't except the committees findings and challenge them .

The truth hurts but just stop and think why have the entry's to  Test's and Trials at this club crashed . I would bet  with you Mr C Thurston-Woolnough if  you where out of the club ,entry's would pick up big time .

The gloves are off you really want a fight bring it on. I have true facts  to back up what I say and do intend to fight hard to clear my name. So why  suspend me, ban me for life, why should I have to pay a  Subscription for ten years and be excluded from running my dogs. I might be dyslexic  but not a fool .


It is always better to try to avoid potential inflammatory situations and confrontations rarely resolve issues .The relevant Committee officers don't reply to my resent  letters or phone calls.  And take it upon themselves to suspend me for ten years.
This is not the most appropriate forum to air personal grievances but it is affective and open to all .
And I know these incidents might have been avoided if a more reasonable approach had been adopted by the committee.
